“zigzag Reprise”

Today I returned to the same subject as I shot on day two of my “At Home” project.

It’s a beautiful Le Klint lamp which has been given to me by my parents, so aside from its aesthetics it also holds a certain amount of affectionate value. I grew up with this lamp and yet I still consider it contemporary.

While there are definitely similarities between this shot and the day two shot I still think there are enough differences to warrant including both in the project. In fact I think you could make 5-6 different versions of this lamp – it’s almost got enough interest for a whole little mini series of its own.
